Scattering frequencies for a perturbed system of elastic wave equations (Q1270944)

For a perturbed system of 3-D elastic wave equations, the authors consider the resonances, i.e. some complex-valued scattering frequencies leading to certain scattering solutions [cf. \textit{J. Cooper, G. P. Menzala}, and \textit{W. Strauss,} Math. Methods Appl. Sci. 8, No. 4, 576-584 (1986; Zbl 0626.35074)]. Some results are presented about the number of resonances, their location in the complex plane, and their continuous dependence on the parameters appearing in the wave equations.
