    The author continues the study of the Cauchy problem for systems of integro-differential equations of the type \[ {\mathcal A}_0D_t u + {\mathcal A}_1(D_x)u + {\mathcal A}_2(D_x) \int^t_0 u(s,x) ds = f(t,x), \] where \({\mathcal A}_0\) is a degenerate numerical matrix and \({\mathcal A}_1(D_x)\) and \({\mathcal A}_2(D_x)\) are differential matrix operators in \(x\). Under some conditions on the matrix, \(\mathcal A_0\) and the operators \(\mathcal A_1\) and \(\mathcal A_2\), the Cauchy problem is solvable in the spaces \(W^{k,l}_{p,\gamma}\bigl({\mathbb{R}}^{+}_{n+1}\bigr)\) or \(W^{k,l}_{p,\gamma,\sigma}\bigl({\mathbb{R}}^{+}_{n+1}\bigr)\). Here \(W^{k,l}_{p,\gamma}\bigl({\mathbb{R}}^{+}_{n+1}\bigr)\) and \(W^{k,l}_{p,\gamma,\sigma}\bigl({\mathbb{R}}^{+}_{n+1}\bigr)\) are the weighted Sobolev spaces constructed by using the norm \[ \bigl\| v(t), L_{p,\gamma}\bigl(\mathbb{R}^+_1\bigr)\bigr\| =\bigl\| e^{-\gamma t} v(t), L_p\bigl(\mathbb{R}^+_1\bigr)\bigr\|. \] The norms of these Sobolev spaces are determined by the equalities \[ \begin{gathered} \bigl\| v(t,x), W^{k,l}_{p,\gamma}\bigl(\mathbb{R}^+_{n+1}\bigr)\bigr\| =\bigl\| D^k_t v(t,x), L_{p,\gamma}\bigl(\mathbb{R}^+_{n+1}\bigr)\bigr\| \\+ \sum_{|\alpha|\leq l}\bigl\| D^\alpha_x v(t,x), L_{p,\gamma} \bigl(\mathbb{R}^+_{n+1}\bigr)\bigr\|; \\ \bigl\| v(t,x), W^{k,l}_{p,\gamma,\sigma}\bigl(\mathbb{R}^+_{n+1}\bigr)\bigr\| =\bigl\|(1+| x|)^{-\sigma}D^k_t v(t,x), L_{p,\gamma}\bigl(\mathbb{R}^+_{n+1}\bigr)\bigr\| \\ + \sum_{|\alpha|\leq l} \bigl\|(1+| x|)^{-\sigma(1-|\alpha|/l)} D^\alpha_x v(t,x), L_{p,\gamma}\bigl(\mathbb{R}^+_{n+1}\bigr)\bigr\|. \end{gathered} \] The author also establishes the corresponding a priori estimates.
