The article under review is the final part in a series of papers by the author [Algebra Logika 35, No. 4, 411-423 (1996) and Algebra Logika 35, No. 5, 503-528 (1996)], where all the definitions can be found. The author proves a criterion for elementary equivalence for the class fNLGF of nice local-global fields. He also notes that this criterion can be proven in the same way for the class uNLGF.
