Generalized Robertson-Walker (GRW) spacetimes are warped products of open real intervals with (semi)-Riemannian manifolds; in dimension four, they are the models for the large-scale universe, but their geometry is interesting in any dimension. The paper under review characterizes the GRW spacetimes admitting non-trivial Killing vector fields, giving an explicit list in the globally hyperbolic case.
