The author studies the Cauchy problem for the uniformly parabolic operator \[ \begin{gathered} \frac{\partial u}{\partial t}-\sum_{i,j=1}^{n}a_{ij}(x,t) \frac{\partial^2 u}{\partial x_i\partial x_j} - \sum_{i=1}^{n}b_i(x,t)\frac{\partial u}{\partial x_i}-c(x,t)u =f(x,t), \\ u(x,0)=\varphi(x)\quad \big(x\in {\mathbb R}^n,\;t\in (0,T)\big). \end{gathered} \] The author constructs weighted spaces whose norms are determined from an arbitrary continuity modulus \(\omega(\delta)\) (in the case when \(\omega(\delta)=\delta^\alpha\), \(0<\alpha<1\), these spaces are analogous to the weighted Hölder spaces). In addition, the author gives necessary and sufficient conditions for the function \(\omega(\delta)\) to make the mapping \({\mathfrak L}\:u\to (f,\varphi)\) an isomorphism between the above spaces. In particular, the author shows that, in case the continuity modulus meets the Dini conditions, \[ \int_{0}^{1}\frac{\omega(\tau)}{\tau} d\tau=\infty, \] \({\mathfrak L}\) is an isomorphism if and only if the continuity modulus obeys the Zygmund conditions, \[ \int_{0}^{\delta}\frac{\omega(\tau)}{\tau} d\tau\leq C\omega(\delta),\quad \int_{\delta}^{1}\frac{\omega(\tau)}{\tau^2} d\tau\leq C\frac{\omega(\delta)}{\delta} . \]
