The Jensen difference divergence measure and its two scalar parameter generalizations are commonly used to measure the amount of uncertainty concerning the outcome of an experiment. The paper introduces new generalized Jensen difference divergence measures when the available information from the experiment is not exact but fuzzy. The new measures allow one experimentally to compare fuzzy information systems. Also, parametric information measures based on the nonparametric \((r,s)\)- Jensen divergence measure and their relation to the extended Fisher information measure are established in the paper.
