The following boundary value problem is considered: \[ \varepsilon y'''= a(x,\varepsilon)y''+ f(x,y,y',\varepsilon), \qquad y'(-1)=A, \quad y(1)=B, \quad y'(1)=C, \] with \(\varepsilon>0\) small and \(a(0,0)=0\). Existence is proved by using the techniques of differential inequalities. Only Chinese references are given.
