The author proves the following for a BCK-algebra with constant 1: If \(s\neq 1\), \(t\neq 1\) and \(s=t\), then the rightmost variables of \(s\) and \(t\) are identical. This is done by proving the result is the equivalent BCK- logic where it reads: If \(\not\vdash s\), \(\not\vdash t\), \(\vdash t\to s\) and \(\vdash s\to t\), then the rightmost variables of \(s\) and \(t\) are identical. As a corollary, WroĊski's result that BCK-algebras do not form a variety, follows.
