Let \((L, M)\) be any pair of parallel lines of the finite linear space and \(h\) be a number of lines through the point \(x\) intersecting both \(L\) and \(M\), \(x \notin L \cup M\). The linear space is called proper \(H\)-biregular if and only if for any pair \((L, M)\) there exists \(h \in H\) and for any \(h \in H\) there exists a pair \((L, M)\). The author investigates the proper \(\{n-2, n\}\)-biregular spaces \(S\) and shows that if \(S\) contains no line with \(n - 2\) points, then it is a projective plane of order \(n \geq 4\) with two lines together with all points on them deleted.
