The author generalizes to holomorphic applications from \(\mathbb{C}_p\) to \(P_n (\mathbb{C}_p)\) the \(p\)-adic Nevanlinna theory he set for meromorphic functions (case \(n=1)\) in ``Théorie de Nevanlinna \(p\)-adique'' [Manuscr. Math. 67, 251-269 (1990; Zbl 0697.30047)]. Main theorems of the classical Nevanlinna theory have their counterpart. Namely, for \(f\) a holomorphic application from \(\mathbb{C}_p\) to \(P_n(\mathbb{C}_p)\), one defines a ``characteristic'' function \(T(\lambda,f)\) from \(\mathbb{R}\) to \(\mathbb{R}\) which is bounded near \(-\infty\) if and only if \(f\) is polynomial and which is invariant, up to a bounded function, by linear applications and homomorphies in \(P_n\). The proof closely follows \textit{H. Cartan}'s one for the complex case [Mathematica, Cluj 7, 5-31 (1933; Zbl 0007.41503)]. As an application, it is proved that if entire nonconstant holomorphic functions \(f_i\) on \(\mathbb{C}_p\) satisfy ``Fermat equations'' \(f_1^{m_1} +\cdots +f_n^{m_n}=1\) then \(\Sigma 1/m_i \geq 1/(n-1)\).
