    Let \(\varepsilon\in (0,1]\) and let \(\Omega_\varepsilon \subset\mathbb{R}^2\) be the domain bounded by the lines \(\{x=\pm a\}\), \(\{y=b\}\) and \[ \Gamma_\varepsilon:\;y_\varepsilon (x)=f_0(x)+ \varepsilon f_1(x,x/ \varepsilon)+ \varepsilon^2f_2(x,x/ \varepsilon,x/ \varepsilon^2)<b, \quad -a\leq x\leq b. \] The paper is concerned with the boundary value problem \[ \Delta u_\varepsilon =Q(x,y)\quad \text{in } \Omega_\varepsilon, \quad{\partial u_\varepsilon \over\partial \nu_\varepsilon} +pu_\varepsilon= g\quad \text{on } \Gamma_\varepsilon, \quad u_\varepsilon=0 \quad\text{on } \partial\Omega_\varepsilon \backslash \Gamma_\varepsilon, \] where \(p=p(x,x/ \varepsilon,x/ \varepsilon^2) \geq\text{const}>0\), \(g=g(x,x/ \varepsilon,x/ \varepsilon^2)\), \(-a\leq x\leq a\), and moreover \(f_0(x)\), \(f_1(x, \xi)\geq 0\), \(f_2(x,\xi, \eta)\geq 0\), \(p(x,\xi,\eta)\) and \(g(x,\xi,\eta)\) are smooth functions in \((x,\xi,\eta)\) and 1-periodic in \(\xi\) and \(\eta\). The asymptotics of \(u_\varepsilon\) as \(\varepsilon\to 0\) is computed up to \(O(\varepsilon^{3/2})\) in the Sobolev norm of \(H^1(\Omega_\varepsilon)\).
