A space has Kelley's property if its Stone-Čech compactification has a Borel, regular strict positive measure. The author shows that a pseudo-compact space with Kelly's property (resp. ccc) has a Baire strictly positive measure (resp. \((\omega_1, \omega)\)-caliber). These results were known for the class of compact spaces.
