    From the mathematician's point of view, this book is a competent application of basic fuzzy set theory to management of human resources. The following problems are studied: selection of a candidate, selection of a job and team organization under mutations and retraining. All proposed algorithms are correct and very simple. In my opinion, the results presented may be recommended for applications by practicians of personal management.
