    For the following system: \[ {{\partial w(x,t)}\over{\partial t}} = A(D_x)w(x,t) - B(D_x)u(x,t), \quad x \in \mathbb{R}^n, \;t > h \] where \( D_x = ( -i{{\partial}\over{\partial x_1}},\dots, -i{{\partial}\over{\partial x_n}})\), \( A(\sigma) \) and \( B(\sigma) \) are polynomial matrices \((m\times m )\), \( \det B(\sigma) \neq 0 \) on \( R ^n \), \( w: R^n\times (h,+\infty) \rightarrow \mathbb{C}^m \) is an unknown state of the system, \( u: R^n \times (h, +\infty) \rightarrow \mathbb{C}^m \) is a control, and \(h > 0 \), necessary and sufficient conditions for stabilizability by time-delayed feedback control are derived. The obtained results are further applied to the telegraph equation, the wave equation, the heat equation and the Schrödinger equation.
