Die ``quadriquadratische'' Function \[ z^2(ax^2+2hxy+g'y^2)+2zw(h'x^2+2bxy+fy^2) +w^2(gx^2+2f'xy+cy^2) \] besitzt, einmal als Function von \(z\) und \(w\), sodann als Function von \(x\) und \(y\) betrachtet, zwei Discriminanten \(U\) und \(V\) vierter Ordnung mit gleichen quadratischen und kubischen Invarianten. Diese letzteren werden, vollständig ausgerechnet, zum Abdruck gebracht.
