For the system \[ \dot x= A(q(t))x+ b(q(t)) u(t) \] it is required to find \(u= k^*x\) such that \[ x^*[A^*(q(t)) P+ PA(q(t))]x+ 2x^*pb(q(t))k^*x\leq -\alpha|x|^2,\quad \alpha>0, \] where \(P\) is a positive definite matrix. Here \(q:\mathbb{R}\to \mathbb{R}^s\) is bounded and Lebesgue measurable. The problem is considered under various structural assumptions about the coefficient dependence on the model uncertainty \(q(\cdot)\).
