Let \((X, \omega )\) be a symplectic toric manifold endowed with the action of a torus \(T\) and a pre-quantizing bundle \((L, \nabla )\). Then \((X, \omega )\) has an almost complex structure which is integrable and invariant under the action of \(T\). Hence \(L\) has the structure of a holomorphic line bundle and the Riemann-Roch number is equal to the dimension of \(H^0(X, L)\), the space of holomorphic sections of \(L\). Moreover, with the lift of the torus action to the pre-quantizing line bundle, \(RR_T(X, L)=H^0(X, L)\) becomes a representation of the torus \(T\). A classical theorem of \textit{V. I. Danilov} [Russ. Math. Surv. 33, No. 2, 97--154 (1978; Zbl 0425.14013); translation from Usp. Mat. Nauk 33, No. 2(200), 85--134 (1978)] says that this representation \(RR_T(X, L)\) can be described in terms of the integral points in the Delzant polytope corresponding to \((X, \omega )\). The present paper extends the Danilov formula for \(\mathrm{spin}^c\)-quantization of an oriented toric origami manifold. The main technical tool is a localization formula of index.
