    This aim of the presented work is to study the positive solutions of the fully parabolic system \[ {{u}_{t}}=\Delta u-\chi \nabla \cdot (u\nabla v) \] \[ {{\tau }_{1}}{{v}_{t}}=\Delta v-v+w \] \[ {{\tau }_{2}}{{w}_{t}}=\Delta w-w+u \] in \(\Omega \times (0,\infty )\), where \(\Omega \subset {{\mathbb{R}}^{4}}\) is a smooth bounded convex domain and \({{\tau }_{1}},{{\tau }_{2}},\chi >0\). This system is studied under mixed boundary conditions (no-flux and Dirichlet conditions) as follow: \(\frac{\partial u}{\partial \vec{n}}-\chi u\frac{\partial v}{\partial \vec{n}}=v=w=0\) on \(\partial \Omega \times (0,\infty )\) and \(u(\cdot ,0)={{u}_{0}}\), \(v(\cdot ,0)={{v}_{0}}\), \(w(\cdot ,0)={{w}_{0}}\) in \(\Omega\), where the initial functions are \({{u}_{0}}\in {{C}^{0}}(\bar{\Omega },[0,\infty )),\;{{u}_{0}}\not{\equiv }0\), \({{v}_{0}},{{w}_{0}}\in {{C}^{2}}(\bar{\Omega },[0,\infty ))\). In former work the authors establish that the case \(N=4\) is critical, i.e. the size of mass determines behavior of solutions. More preciously in the present paper is proved that if \(||{{u}_{0}}|{{|}_{{{L}^{1}}(\Omega )}}\in ({{\chi }^{-1}}{{(8\pi )}^{2}},\infty )\) and \(||{{u}_{0}}|{{|}_{{{L}^{1}}(\Omega )}}\neq j{{\chi }^{-1}}{{(8\pi )}^{2}},\;j\in \mathbb{N}\) then there exist blowup solutions. The proof technique is based on the second Lyapunov's method and the quantization properties of stationary solutions of the considered system in \({{\mathbb{R}}^{4}}\).
