For a convex body \(K\) in \(\mathbb{R}^d\), the Steiner formula of integral geometry expresses the volume of the parallel body \(K_\lambda\) at distance \(\lambda>0\) as a polynomial in \(\lambda\) whose coefficients are instrinsic volumes of \(K\). An extension to a local parallel set is the local Steiner formula, in which intrinsic volumes are replaced by support measures. This paper establishes a local Steiner formula for closed convex cones in \(\mathbb{R}^d\), where conic support measures appear. This localizes the `Master Steiner formula' for conic intrinsic volumes of \textit{M. B. McCoy} and \textit{J. A. Tropp} [Discrete Comput. Geom. 51, No. 4, 926--963 (2014; Zbl 1317.52010)]. Moreover, it is shown that conic support measures are Hölder continuous with respect to a metric that metrizes weak convergence.
