Moduli stacks of semistable sheaves and representations of Ext-quivers (Q1637320)

This paper describes analytic locally on the coarse moduli space, the moduli stack of semistable sheaves on a smooth projective variety \(X\) over \(\mathbb{C}\) in terms of representations of the associated \(\text{Ext}\)-quiver. There is a special attention to the case in which \(X\) is a Calabi-Yau \(3\)-fold. The author does not pretend that the results are new: he needed the main ones for a companion paper, i.e. [\textit{Y. Toda}, ``Gopakumar-Vafa invariants and wall-crossing'', \url{arXiv:1710.01843}], and he could not find references. The purpose of this article is just to give precise statements and details of the proofs.
