We quote the author: One considers ``a one-dimensional quantum system with an arbitrary number of hard-core particles on the lattices''. The paper investigates the so-called localization problem, and more especially the proofs of multi-particle localization. The problem is characterized by Hamiltonians closely related to the XXZ spin chain in its Ising phase, and the main result is stated in terms of the configurational eigenfunction correlator of these Hamiltonians. This correlator is defined by its fractional moments and it is bounded in term of the local density of states.
