A note on deformations of regular embeddings (Q1676503)

Let \(k\) be an algebraically closed field and \(\nu:X\to Y\) be a regular embedding between reduced algebraic schemes over \(k.\) The purpose of the paper is to describe the vector space \(T^1_\nu\cong Def_\nu(k[\epsilon]).\) At the end the authors compare their result with a previous one [\textit{Z. Ran}, Lect. Notes Math. 1389, 246--253 (1989; Zbl 0708.14006)].
