The Real Johnson-Wilson theories are a family of cohomology theories \(ER(n)\) that have been defined by taking fixed points of an involution on the complex-oriented Johnson-Wilson theories \(E(n)\). The resulting theories are not complex-orientable, and their coefficients contain \(2\)-torsion. They generalize real topological \(K\)-theory, which \(2\)-locally is \(ER(1)\), even though the case \(n = 1\) sometimes behaves exceptionally. After completion, the theory \(ER(2)\) is equivalent to \(TMF_0(3)\), a version of topological modular forms with level structure. The primary goal of this paper is to describe a class of spaces, which includes specific Eilenberg-Mac Lane spaces and connective covers of \(BO\), for which the authors can compute the \(ER(n)\)-cohomology from their \(E(n)\)-cohomology using a simple base change formula. The primary tool is the Bockstein spectral sequence. The authors avoid seriously engaging with differentials by neatly utilizing a framework of \textit{Landweber flat real pairs}.
