The article is devoted to Parabolic Quasi-Variational Inequalities (PQVI) related to impulse control problems. Some qualitative properties of PQVI such as existence and uniqueness, monotonicity and Lipschitz dependence with respect to the right-hand side are studied. The discrete scheme by using a piecewise linear finite element method is proposed. Using the concept of subsolution an \(L^\infty\)-estimate of the approximations is derived. Finally, the result concerning asymptotic behavior in \(L^\infty\)-norm for PQVI is obtained.
