The authors extend some properties of compact operators to the operators between lattice-normed spaces. They consider the operators that send a lattice-norm bounded net to a net with a lattice-norm convergent subsequence and call these operators $p$-compact. Many interrelations between the particular classes of $p$-compact operators depending on the choice of convergences are elaborated.
