The authors study spectra properties of non-selfadjoint perturbations of self adjoint \(h\)-pseudodifferential operators defined either on the Euclidean plan or on a real analytic two-dimensional compact manifold. Concisely, by assuming meaningful assumptions, the authors state that the \(h\)-Weyl quantization has simple eigenvalues in some explicit region of the complex plane and, modulo \(\mathcal{O}(h^\infty)\), these eigenvalues are given with accuracy (Theorem 2.1).
