The author continues a process of generalizations, started long time ago, of the notion of odd and even polynomial functions which are integer-valued over \(\mathbb{Z}\). More precisely, let \(D\) be an integral domain with quotient field \(K\), \(E\) a subset of \(K\), \(d\geq 2\) an integer, \(\xi\) a primitive \(d\)-th root of unity in \(D\) and \(j<d\) an integer. Recall that \(\mathrm{Int}(E,D)=\{P\in K[X]; P(E)\subseteq D\}\) is the \(D\)-module of the integer-valued polynomials over \(E\). The author considers \(\mathrm{Int}_{\xi,j,d}(E,D)\), the submodule of \(\mathrm{Int}(E,D)\) formed by the polynomials \(P\in \mathrm{Int}(E,D)\) such that \(P(\xi x)=\xi^jP(x)\) for all \(x\in E\). When \(D\) is a discrete valuation domain, the author introduces sequences analogous to Bhargava's orderings. These sequences allow him to construct bases of the \(D\)-module \(\mathrm{Int}_{\xi,j,d}(E,D)\). Then he gives some applications.
