For a locally compact, separable metric space \(X\), the author defines the uniform \(K\)-homology groups in degree \(p\geq 0\) by means of (uniform) homotopy classes of uniformly approximable operators on a \(\mathbb{Z}_2\)-graded Hilbert space commuting with an odd action of the real Clifford algebra \(Cl(p)\). More precisely, the usual definition of \(K\)-homology is modified by the requirement that the families of compact operators appearing in the definition must be approximable by families of finite rank operators of uniform rank. Such a \(K\)-homology was defined by \textit{J. Špakula} [J. Funct. Anal. 257, No. 1, 88--121 (2009; Zbl 1173.46049)] in degrees \(0\) and \(1\) in a slightly more restricted context. The current definition clarifies some aspects concerning the allowed homotopies, and also provides a natural framework for the external product. In a second part of the paper, the author introduces uniform \(K\)-theory of Riemannian manifolds with bounded geometry by means of the algebra of bounded smooth functions with bounded derivatives. The main result of the paper is a Poincaré duality between uniform \(K\)-theory and uniform \(K\)-homology, valid over \(\mathrm{Spin}^c\) manifolds of bounded geometry. The paper is based on the author's PhD thesis.
