Parametric nonlinear singular Dirichlet problems (Q1729158)

The authors study a nonlinear singular parametric problem with $p$-Laplacian and Dirichlet boundary condition. Using variational methods coupled with truncation and comparison techniques the dependence of the number of solutions on the parameter is shown: at least two positive solutions for large parameters, at least one solution for a fixed parameter and no positive solution for small parameters.
