Framed correspondences (due to \textit{G. Garkusha} and \textit{I. Panin} [``Framed motives of algebraic varieties (after V. Voevodsky)'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1409.4372}]) and Milnor-Witt correspondences (due to \textit{B. Calmès} and \textit{J. Fasel} [``Finite Chow-Witt correspondences'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1412.2989}]) constitute two enhancements of Voevodsky's theory of presheaves with transfers. The authors of this paper compare these two theories over infinite perfect fields of \(\mathrm{char}\neq 2\). This comparison results in a forgetful functor from linear framed correspondences to Milnor-Witt correspondences. (Another construction for this forgetful functor is given by \textit{B. Calmès} and \textit{J. Fasel} [``A comparison theorem for MW-motivic cohomology'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1708.06100}]). One exciting application of this forgetful functor is the equivalence of the categories of homotopy modules, framed homotopy modules, and homotopy modules equipped with Milnor-Witt transfers. The authors' writing is exceptionally clear, and the article includes many helpful references to the literature.
