      Let \(\Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^n\) be a \(C^4\) bounded uniformly convex domain. For any positive function \(f \in C^2(\bar{\Omega})\) and any function \(\Phi\in C^3(\bar{\Omega})\), by establishing some a priori derivative estimates up to second order, the authors prove that there exists a unique \(k\) admissible solution \(u \in C^{3,\alpha}(\bar{\Omega})\) to the following Neumann boundary value problem: \[ \sigma_k (D^2u) = f (x) \text{ in } \Omega, \quad \ u_\nu =-u +\Phi(x) \text{ on } \partial \Omega,\quad \nu \text{ is outer unit normal vector of } \partial\Omega. \] This result gives a positive answer to a conjecture of \textit{N. S. Trudinger} [Bull. Aust. Math. Soc. 35, 299--307 (1987; Zbl 0611.35028)].
