      Let \(T=((0,+\infty),+)\) be a semigroup with the natural topology, \(S\) be a dense subsemigroup of \(T\). The ultrafilter semigroup \(O^+(S)\) of \(S\) consists of all non-principal ultrafilters on \((0,+\infty)\) converging to \(0\), \(S\) being considered here with the discrete topology. A set \(C \subseteq S\) is a \textit{central set near zero} if and only if there exists an idempotent \(p\) in the smallest ideal of \(O^+ (S)\) with \(C\in p\). Central sets near zero have strong combinatorial properties which are consequences of the Central Set Theorem. Quasi central and \(C\)-sets are non-central sets which satisfy the conclusions of the Central Set Theorem. In this paper the dynamical characterizations of central, quasi-central and \(C\)-sets near zero are given in Theorems 2.12, 3.6 and 4.8, correspondingly. All three characterization theorems suggest the existence of a dynamical system which satisfy different variants of proximality and recurrence properties near zero.
