Let \(\mathcal P\) be a set of oriented up-right paths in the first quadrant \(\mathbb Z_{\geq 1}^2\) of the planar lattice, with all paths starting from a left-to-right arrow on the left boundary. On the intersection, called \({\mathcal P}_n\), of the set \(\mathcal P\) with the triangle \[ T_n:=\{(x,y)\in\mathbb Z_{\geq 1}^2: x+y\leq n\} \] it is defined a Markovian probability measure. The model in the title of the paper can be viewed as a way of assigning weights to the vertices belonging to a given collection of paths in \({\mathcal P}_n\), so that the total weight of the collection is a product of weights of all vertices belonging to the collection. The main result of the paper is the formula for \(q\)-moments (\(q\in (0,1) \)) of the model that provides an integral representation of the quantity.
