Partial cohomology of groups and extensions of semilattices of abelian groups (Q1748386)

The authors define partial cohomology groups with values in a non-necessarily unital partial module and give interpretations for the first and second cohomology groups in terms of extensions of semilattices of abelian groups by groups. The definitions in this paper differ from those in the authors' earlier article [J. Algebra, 427, 142--182 (2015; Zbl 1323.20052)], in which partial actions were assumed to be unital. The authors also observe and correct some minor errors in [\textit{H. Lausch}, J. Algebra, 35, 273--303 (1975; Zbl 0318.20032)].
