The authors mainly study hypersurfaces with closed Möbius form and three distinct constant Möbius principal curvatures. They also give a classification theorem for the same. Further they give a new Willmore hypersurfaces which are neither Cartan minimal nor Möbius isoparametric hypersurfaces.
