A problem with a Frankl condition on the boundary of the ellipticity domain for the Gellerstedt equation with a singular coefficient (Q1759227)

The author studies a problem with the Frankl and Bitsadze-Samarskii conditions on the elliptic boundary and on the degeneration line for the Gellerstedt equation with a singular coefficient \[ (\text{sgn}\,\,y)|y|^mu_{xx}+u_{yy}+(\beta_0/y)u_y=0,\quad m>0, \;\beta_0\in(-m/2,1). \] The correctness of the stated problem is proven.
