A fuzzy neighborhood ring is a ring equipped with a fuzzy neighborhood topology compatible with the algebraic structure. In this paper, the authors introduce a notion of N-topo nilpotent fuzzy sets in a fuzzy neighborhood ring and discuss some of its basic properties, then apply these results to establish some characterizations of fuzzy neighborhood division rings.
