Holonomic systems of general Clairaut type (Q1775401)

A system of first order partial differential equations is called of general Clairaut type if it has a classical complete solution. \textit{S. Izumiya} [Proc. R. Soc. Edinb., Sect. A 125, 567--586 (1994; Zbl 0843.58067), Colloq. Math. 66, 219--226 (1994; Zbl 0821.35025)], \textit{S. Izumiya} and \textit{Y. Kurokawa} [Diff. Geom. Appl. 5, 219--235 (1995; Zbl 0832.35028)] and the author of this paper [J. Differ. Equations 190, No.~2, 579--599 (2003; Zbl 1021.37031)] investigated systems of Clairaut type with a regularity property. The main result of the present paper is a generic classification of holonomic systems of general Clairaut type as an application of the theory of complete Legendrian unfoldings.
