The authors consider the asymptotic stability (and the corresponding values of the parameter \(p\in(0,+\infty )\)) of the null solution to the perturbed system \[ \dot y=A(t)y+f(t,y),\qquad y\in{\mathbb R}^{n}, \qquad t\geq 0, \] with the linear approximation \(A\in L^{p}S\), \(p>0\), and with an arbitrary perturbation \(f\in \bigcup_{m>1}F_{m}\) of higher order of smallness. Here, \(L^{p}S\) denotes the entire Coppel-Conti set of the linear system \[ \dot x=A(t)x, \qquad x\in {\mathbb R}^{n}, \qquad t\geq 0, \] whose principal solution matrices \(X_{A}(t,\tau) \) satisfy the condition \[ \int _{0}^{t} \| X_{A}(t,\tau)\| ^{p} \,d\tau \leq C_{p}(A)=\text{const}<+\infty, \qquad t\geq 0, \qquad p>0, \] and \(F_{m}\) is the set of vector functions \(f:[0,+\infty )\times U_{\rho (f)}\rightarrow {\mathbb R}^{n}\) that are picewise continuous in \(t\geq 0\), continuous in \(y\in U_{\rho (f)}\equiv \{ y\in{\mathbb R}^{n}: \| y\| <\rho (f)\}\), and satisfy the condition \[ \| f(t,y)\| \leq C_{f} \| y\| ^{m},\qquad (t,y)\in [0,+\infty) \times U_{\rho(f)}, \qquad C_{f}= \text{const} <+\infty, \qquad m>1, \] (referred as \(m\)-perturbations, see \textit{R. E. Vinograd} and the first author [Differ. Uravn. 6, 230--242 (1970; Zbl 0186.14801)].
