Well-posedness for a mixed problem for the equations of ideal magneto- hydrodynamics (Q1805504)

We consider the initial-boundary value problem for the system of equations of ideal magneto-hydrodynamics with a perfectly conducting wall boundary condition. We show the well-posedness in Hadamard's sense (i.e. existence, uniqueness and continuous dependence in strong norm of solutions on the data) of regular solutions in suitable function spaces which take in account the possible loss of regularity in the normal direction to the characteristic boundary.
