Bijection between indexed monomials and standard bitableaux (Q1812781)

Let \(a\) be a bivector of length \(p\), bounded by \(m=(m(1),m(2))\), and \(V\) a nonnegative integer. The one-to-one correspondence between the exponent system \(\text{mon}(2,m,p,a,V)\) of a certain set of indexed monomials in the \(m(1)m(2)\) indeterminates \(X_{ij}\), determined by \(a\) and \(V\), and a certain finite set of standard bitableaux is established. As a consequence of this correspondence the bijective proof of the straightening law of Doubilet-Rota-Stein is obtained.
