At first in the paper so-called higher order Nielsen and Euler operators are defined and the relations between them are deduced. Secondly two kinds of higher order non-holonomic constraints are introduced, the definitions of the above mentioned operators are modified and further relations are stated. At the third place the consequences for the equations of motion of system with m-order non-holonomic constraints are formulated by use of the relations between the defined operators. Here a certain restricting condition for the virtual displacements is assigned to the constraints which is usual but non necessary from a physical point of view. By this choice the constraint forces are fixed.
