An H-matrix is a matrix such that if one takes the absolute value of entries on the main diagonal and the negative of the absolute value off the main diagonal then that matrix has the form \(sI-B\) where the spectral radius of \(B\) is less than \(s\). This paper deals with a quite complicated generalized diagonal dominance condition called \(\alpha\)-SGD matrix which implies being a nonsingular H-matrix.
