Spectrum of a dynamical system and applied symbolic dynamics (Q1840532)

The paper deals with the Morse spectrum of a dynamical system on a vector bundle and presents a constructive method for localization of the Morse spectrum. This method does not require any preliminary information on a system and allows to associate an induced dynamical system on the projective bundle with a symbolic image. Using the symbolic image (more precisely a special sequence of symbolic images) the author obtains a sequence of embedded neighborhoods which converges to the Morse spectrum.
