The authors discuss continuity in a multiparameter \(\varepsilon\) of the resolvent of a closed non-densely defined linear operator \(A(\varepsilon)\) in the abstract integrodifferential equation concerning the cases (a) when the operator \(A(\varepsilon)\) has a fixed domain (i.e. \(S(A(\varepsilon))=D\)) and (b) when the operator \(A(\varepsilon)\) has a variable domain (i.e. \(D(A(\varepsilon))\) is independent on \(\varepsilon\)). They also discuss continuity in the parameter \(\varepsilon\) of the integrated semigroup \(S(t,\varepsilon)\) generated by \(A(\varepsilon)\). In consequence, the existence of a unique integral or classical solution are accomplished by applying the result on \(S(t,\varepsilon)\). Finally, they give an example of the applicability of the obtained results.
