The authors investigate the Laplacian in \(L^2(\mathbb{R}^3)\) perturbed by \(\delta\)-interation on \(\Gamma\), where \(\Gamma\) is a smooth infinite curve and not a straight line but it is asymptotically straight. \(\delta\)-interaction is defined through boundary conditions. It is shown that this operator has at least one isolated eigenvalue below the threshold of the essential spectrum.
