We say that a finite group \(H\) has the Cayley isomorphy (CI) property (or, shortly, \(H\) is a CI-group) if any pair of directed Cayley graphs over \(H\) is non-isomorphic unless an isomorphism exists between the digraphs which can be induced by an automorphism of \(H\). The present article continues the discussion of elementary abelian groups \(\mathbb{Z}^n_p\) whether they are CI-groups (where \(p\) is a prime). It is shown that \(\mathbb{Z}^n_p\) does not possess the CI property if \(n\geq 2p-1+\left(\begin{smallmatrix} 2p-1\\ p\end{smallmatrix}\right)\). Having this result (and some other known facts), the Cayley isomorphy property of \(\mathbb{Z}^n_p\) remains undecided when \(p\geq 3\) and \(5\leq n\leq 2p-2+\left(\begin{smallmatrix} 2p-1\\ p\end{smallmatrix}\right)\). For disproving the CI property, the author constructs subsets of \(\mathbb{Z}^n_p\) by involved calculations using Schur rings and vector spaces over prime fields.
