In the paper the author proves the equivalence of two possible generalizations of the concept of functions continuous with respect to \(\Lambda\)-variation for the multidimensional case (cf. [\textit{A. N. Bakhvalov}, Sb. Mat. 193, No.~11--12, 1731--1748 (2002); translation from Mat. Sb. 193, No. 12, 3--20 (2002; Zbl 1058.42002)]).
