Tits--Kantor--Kocher construction (TKK for short) relates Jordan pairs and 3-graded Lie algebras. Given a Jordan pair \(V=(V^+,V^-)\) over a ring \({1\over 2 }\in \Phi\), the products in \(V\) induce a 3-graded Lie algebra structure on the \(\Phi\)-module TKK\((V)=V^+\oplus IDer(V)\oplus V^+\) where \(IDer(V)\) stands for the inner derivations algebra of \(V\). The paper under review studies the strong primeness of TKK-algebras of strongly prime Hermitian Jordan pairs. By establishing the equivalence of regularity conditions like nondegenerancy and strong primeness between Jordan pairs and their associated TKK-algebras, and using the usual characterization of Jordan pairs of hermitian type given by \textit{A. D'Amour} [J. Algebra 149, No. 1, 197--233 (1992; Zbl 0767.17025)], the author proves the main result in the paper: for any \(i\)-special strongly prime Jordan pair \(V\) with nonzero hermitian part, there exists a \(\star\)-prime associative pair \(R\) with involution \(\star\) such that, up to isomorphims \[ \text{TKK}(H(R,\star))\triangleleft \text{TKK}(V) \leq \text{TKK}(H(Q(R),\star) \] where inclusions are graded and \(Q(R)\) denotes the Martindale pair of symmetric quotiens of \(R\). Moreover, those Jordan pairs whose TKK-algebras are sandwiched as above, are strongly prime and, by equivalence, so are their TKK-algebras.
