The author proves the following two theorems: 1) There is an elliptic curve defined over \(\mathbb Q(t)\) with three rational points of order \(2\) and rank \(\geq 6\). 2) There are infinitely many elliptic curves defined over \(\mathbb Q\) with three rational points of order \(2\) and rank \(\geq 6\). Part II, cf. ibid. 73, No. 8, 151 (1997; Zbl 0906.11025).
